More non-scientific, hand-drawn seismographs to add to the tube journeys: an Airbus A321 takes off from Edinburgh and lands at London Heathrow.
The plane's direction of travel is "up". Takeoff, reading top to bottom: taxiing, acceleration and takeoff (the straight line), and a slightly turbulent climb. Landing, reading top to bottom: the approach, the landing (the curved lines), and taxiing around the airport (the scribble on the left).
